  • 1 (14-ounce) package of firm tofu, drained and cubed
  • 1⁄2 cup of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon of minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cups of broccoli florets (fresh or prepackaged)
  • 1 bunch of fresh basil or Thai basil, chopped
  • 1⁄2 cup of toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup of chopped tomatoes

Method

Step 1

Begin by marinating the tofu in soy sauce in a small bowl.
